With a passion for science and a deep love for horses, Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Her journey into equine nutrition began close to home. When her mare Leia was diagnosed with grade 3 glandular and squamous ulcers and later developed abscesses in all four feet consecutively, Nicole did what any scientist would do: she went to the literature.

What she didn't expect was how hard it would be to find reliable information. Even with a strong scientific background and years of experience reading research, sorting evidence-based guidance from misinformation was a non-trivial task. There was a lot of noise — and not enough signal.

That experience is what drives Centerline Equine Nutrition. Armed with a scientific background and a certification in equine nutrition, Nicole is committed to helping horse owners cut through the confusion and build feeding programs grounded in real evidence.
